We are pleased to announce that, effective from 2024, the annual fee of €350 for companies registered with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver has been abolished. This have been approved by the House of Representatives on 29 February 2024.
Companies that have already paid the fee for the year 2024 will receive a refund
Companies that have not yet paid the Annual Levy for any year from 2011 to 2023, will have to proceed with its payment, including applicable penalties.
